True Confidence In Relationships and Work
When was the last time you were in the flow of your intelligence, connected to your gifts, and empowered to move forward? Do you remember? This is what it feels like to embody true confidence, a state of peak performance and embodied presence with full access to your wisdom, power, and love. In this state inner conflict falls away and you feel comfortable in your skin. Focus and productivity come naturally to you. You are clear about what needs to happen and while fear may be present, it no longer blocks you. With true confidence we start to align with, and serve something larger than ourselves.
As a coach I help you develop the confidence and trust to achieve your goals. The process includes the following stages:
1. Get clear about what you want.
We will move through a process of clarifying the specific goals you have for yourself. These may be external goals—things you want to manifest in your life—as well as internal goals: the way you want to BE in the world. This clarity forms both a foundation and a direction for our work together.
2. Find a path that moves you toward your goals.
Mark Twain said:
“The secret to getting somewhere is getting started. And the secret to getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable steps, and then starting on the first one.”
I’ll help you create this path of many small steps that will lead you on a significant, transformative journey—a journey that supports and nourishes your development while pushing your growth edges.
3. Move through limiting fears, habits, and belief systems that block your movement.
Hakomi and RCS, the modalities I practice, are amazing for healing and transforming deeply held fears and beliefs that keep us stuck. As we deconstruct and release the energy of these limiting patterns you will find more steadiness and willpower to move forward towards your goals.
4. Create practices, strategies and scaffolding to support you on the path into fulfillment.
We tend idealize willpower as a driver for achieving our goals. In reality, most of us need to feel supportive systems of scaffolding around us that keep us on track. When we have implemented practices and strategies, and have social support and accountability to do the things that are right for us, we are way more likely to achieve our aims. I help you come up with these structures and provide accountability systems that help you to make the changes you desire, and concretely move you towards your goals.
