As a couples therapist I help clients make their relationships strong and resilient. In order to get there I help couples communicate and become more honest with themselves and with their partners. At times, this means addressing old wounds and broken promises. This takes work, but it's worth it. By improving your relationship you create a foundation of wellness and strength for yourself, your partner, and your family.
I have training in a number of modalities of couple therapy including PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focussed Therapy), and Hakomi with Couples (an experiential somatic approach). This training helps me to help you create a secure functioning relationship with your partner - a relationship where you are able to work well together, and where LOVE WINS.
